政策:

利记sbo禁止非法持有, 使用, 分布, 利记sbo的学生分发毒品和酒精, 员工, 和 contracted individuals 和 entities on the 利记sbo campus or as part of 利记sbo-sponsored activities. 利记sbo shall establish 和 maintain a program to prevent the violation of this policy by 学生 和 员工.

Employees are not to report to work or be subject to duty while their ability to perform job duties is impaired due to on or-off duty 使用 of alcohol or drugs. Employees are encouraged to seek help if they are concerned that they or their family members may have a drug 和/or alcohol problem. Employees are encouraged to utilize the services of qualified professionals in the community to assess the seriousness of suspected drug or alcohol problems 和 identify appropriate sources of help, including the free 和 confidential Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provided by the University.

Students in need of assistance with or information about drug 和/or alcohol ab使用 are encouraged to call or visit the University’s Dean of Students Office.

每两年一次, University will review the program set forth in this policy to determine the program’s effectiveness; implement any needed changes; determine the number of drug 和 alcohol-related incidents 和 fatalities that occur on the University’s campus or as part of any University-sponsored activities 和 that are reported to campus officials; determine the number 和 type of sanctions described above that are imposed as a result of drug 和 alcohol-related incidents on the University’s property or as part of any University-sponsored activities; 和 ensure that sanctions for violations are consistently enforced.

The University will create a written report of the biennial review 和 provide copies of the above information 和 reviews to the public 和 to the U.S. 教育部长应要求.

It is the responsibility of the Director of 人力资源 to oversee the procedures outlined above to ensure compliance with all legal requirements. 更具体地说,个人将:

执行:

Enforcement of 利记sbo policies is the responsibility of the office or offices listed in the “Resources/Questions” section of each policy. The responsible office will contact the appropriate authority regarding faculty or staff members, 学生, 供应商, 或者违反政策的游客.
